The Institute is a Public Company limited by guarantee, It has no share holders and is controlled by a board of directors who between these are experienced in some 40 countries in Asia, Africa and Central America in the general area of development and investment. The group can assist in development planning, obtaining private sector funding from the Multi-Lateral Development Banks, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and in arranging Contract Research, Education or Training in Developing Countries.
