The Fleet Assist system is in operation in many manufacturing, warehousing and logistics businesses. The fleet manager has real time data gathered from each forklift truck via radio.

The fleet is managed from the desktop with automatic reports being generated for efficiency, utilisation, impacts. Drivers access equipment by keying an access code or waving a card. All operations are logged. Impact sensors record crashes. Outputs can control external devices.

The driver is made accountable for abuse, which substantially reduces costs through driver abuse. Additional features like seat-belt interlock, forward / reverse interlock, speed monitoring is also offered.
